One of the highlights of the Joe Zawinul & Michael Brecker Tribute Days apart of the great workshop with Jim Beard was our tribute concert. In this video we improvise on the topic of Joe Zawinul, involving themes from Elegant People by Wayne Shorter, fragments of interviews, a Waldorf Blofeld synth, some controllers, a drumset and two laptop computers. I am planning on developing a project that further integrates live electronics into my musical workflow. A bit of arranging, more people, some new toys I'm trying to collect money for, and it might be a project that will keep me entertained maybe for a whole year :D
